Making process of cushion roller
1.轴:用20号冷拔圆钢加工,加工好后去毛刺,两侧轴承挡同心度误差小于0.025mm。

2.轴承座,内挡圈,外挡圈,挡板等用08F冷压板冲压制成,成品不得有表面拉毛、破裂、裂纹、地面不平等缺陷,缓冲托辊生产厂家,同时需保证内外圆同心度及外形公差尺寸等。

The finished product must not have surface pulling, rupture, crack, unequal ground defect, cushion roller manufacturer, and guarantee the internal and external concentricity and shape tolerance.
3.密封圈,内密封圈,外密封圈为尼龙注塑产品,外加工验收时需检查其不得有裂纹、飞边和毛刺,密封环处应平整,其局部低凹缺陷不得大于0.5mm,注塑气泡不得大于0.5mm,每平方厘米不得多于2个,包胶缓冲托辊,总数不得多于5个。在轴向力为1500N时,轴向变形不得超过0.5mm。

4.辊皮:用Q235 钢管加工。

5.轴承,新型缓冲托辊,挡圈,瓦合等为外购件。

6.橡胶圈,用工业橡胶1260浇制,不允许有气孔、裂纹等缺陷。橡胶耐磨且富有弹性。
The 6. rubber ring is made of industrial rubber 1260. It is not allowed to have holes, cracks and other defects. The rubber is wear-resistant and elastic.
托辊配件的轴承在使用过程中,缓冲托辊,经常会出现被损伤的现象,一般是由于使用太久造成的,也有其它方面的原因造成。为了避免被损伤,就应将相关工作做到位。各加工工艺的正当性、保守性、稳固性也会反应到轴承的寿数。随着冶金技术的退步,原人才质量失去好转。轴承整机正在生产进程中,要通过许多道冷、热加工岁序,为了满意少量量、高频率、质量上乘量的请求,轴承钢应具有良好的加工功能。内中反应废品单向推力球轴承质量的热解决和磨削加工岁序,常常与轴承的生效有着更间接的联系。
