一、轴承座为铸铁材料生产,在托辊钢管两端加工出台阶孔,然后将轴承座压装配合。

为了解决上述传统托辊存在的弊端,利用托辊新型轴承座塑性好的特点,以托辊专用高频电焊钢管的直线精度好(6米长钢管的弯曲度不超过3毫米),和圆周壁厚一致性的特点为基础,以其内径为基准,将“尼龙合金”轴承座和支撑环直接与托辊钢管过盈压装,实现了托辊钢管内径不需要机械加工、也不再焊接的新型托辊生产工艺。 该方法的主要优点是:
