Type and spacing of the roller
托辊是用于支承输送带及输送带上所承载的物料,保证输送带稳定运行的装置。
The idler is a device for supporting the conveyer belt and the material carried on the conveyer belt and ensuring the stable operation of the conveyor belt.
一、托辊种类
Type 1. Type of roller
a.槽形托辊:用于承载分支输送散状物料。
A. trough idler: used for carrying branches to convey bulk materials.
b.平行托辊:平行上托辊,用于承载分支输送成件物品,平行下托辊用于回程分支支撑输送带。
B. parallel rollers: parallel upper rollers are used for carrying branches to form articles, and parallel lower supporting rollers are used for supporting branches of backhaul branches.
c.调心托辊:用于调整输送带跑偏,防止蛇行,保证输送带稳定运行。前倾式槽形托辊也起调心、对中作用。
C. aligning idler: used to adjust the conveyor belt deviation, prevent snakes, ensure the stable operation of the conveyor belt. The tilting trough idler also plays the role of aligning and aligning.
d.缓冲托辊:安装在输送机受料段的下方,减小输送带所受的冲击,延长输送带使用寿命。
D. buffer rollers are installed below the receiving section of the conveyor to reduce the impact of the conveyor belt and extend the service life of the conveyor belt.
e.回程托辊:用于下分支支撑输送带,有平行、V形、反V形几种,V形与反V形辊能降低输送带跑偏的可能性。当V形和反V形两种型式配套使用,形成菱形断面,能更有效地防止输送带跑偏。

此外,还有梳形托辊和螺旋托辊,能清除输送带上的粘料,保持带面清沽。

f.过渡托辊:安装在滚筒第一组托辊之间,可使输送带逐步成槽或由槽形展平,以降低输送带边缘因成槽延伸而产生的附加应力,同时也防止输送带展平时出现撒料觋象。

二、托辊间距
Two, the spacing of the roller
托辊间距应满足两个条件:辊子轴承的承载能力及输送带的下垂度,托辊间距应配合考虑该处的输送带张力,使输送带获得合适的垂度。
The spacing of the roller should meet two conditions: the bearing capacity of the roller bearing and the droop of the conveyer belt. The spacing of the roller should take into account the tension of the conveyor belt, so that the conveyer belt can get the proper sag.
稳定工况下的下垂度应限制在%%以内。
The droop of the stable condition should be limited to%%.
回程分支托辊间距:2.4~3m。
The distance of the backhaul branch roller: 2.4 ~ 3M.
凸弧段托辊间距:一般为承载分支托辊间距的1/2,还应验算输送带合力的附加载荷是否超出所选托辊的承载能力。
The distance between the supporting sections of the convex arc segments is generally 1/2 for carrying the distance between the branch rollers, and the additional load of the resultant force of the conveyor belt should also be checked, which is beyond the carrying capacity of the selected rollers.
落料处缓冲托辊间距:根据物料的松散密度、块度及落料高度l而定,一般按承载分支托辊间距的l/2~1/3。当松散密度较大,落差较高时可取l.2~1.5倍辊径。
The spacing between the buffering rollers at the blanking part is determined according to the loose density, the lump and the blanking height l of the material, and generally according to the l/2 to 1/3 distance between the carrying branches and the idlers. 输送重量大于 20kg的成件物品时,托辊间距不应大于物品长度的l/2(沿输送方向)。对于20kg以下的成件物品托辊间距可取lm。
When conveying articles weighing more than 20kg, the distance between the rollers shall not exceed l/2 of the length of the articles (along the conveying direction). For the finished products below 20kg, the spacing between the rollers is LM.
托辊辊子:根据承载能力分普通型及重型两种,每种辊径对应2~3种轴径。全部采用大游隙轴承,并保证所有辊子转数不超过600r/min。
Idler roller: according to bearing capacity, it is divided into two types: ordinary type and heavy type, and each roller diameter corresponds to 2~3 kinds of axle diameters. All large clearance bearings are used and all rollers are guaranteed to be less than 600r/min.
