The roller is divided into two types of bearing roller and return roller. According to the diameter of the roller and the bearing capacity, the roller is divided into three kinds of light, medium and heavy. Full use of large clearance bearings, and ensure that all roller speed is not more than 600r/min.

1、 槽形上托辊：

1, the groove on the roller:

DTII型槽形上托辊的标准槽角为35°，因而一台输磅机中使用最多的是35°槽型托辊和35°槽型前倾托辊。在这两种托辊的选配上有三种方式：a:全前倾；b:部分前倾（每5组上托辊中设一组前倾托辊）；c:无前倾（采用调心托辊）。目前以a，b两种方式使用较多。设计者可自行决定配设方式。

The standard groove angle of the DTII groove top roller is 35 degrees, so the 35 degree slot type roller and the 35 degree slot type forward roller are the most used in a weighing machine. There are three ways to choose the two kinds of rollers: a: full tilt; b: part forward (5 sets of upper rollers have a group of forward tilt rollers); c: has no forward tilt (using aligning roller). At present, there are two ways of using a and B. The designer may decide the way to match itself.

2.缓冲托辊：

本系列缓冲托辊有35°和45°两种槽型。选用棉帆布芯输送带时，只能使用35°槽型缓冲托辊。使用45°槽型缓冲托辊时，可以在导料槽不受物料冲击的区段使用45°槽型托辊。

This series of cushioning rollers are 35 and 45 degrees of two grooves. When the cotton canvas core conveyer belt is selected, only 35 degree slot type cushion roller can be used. When the 45 degree slot type cushion roller is used, a 45 degree slot type roller can be used in the section of the guide slot without material impact.

3.回程托辊：

3. return roller:

本系列回程托辊的标准式样仍然是平形下托辊，它也是使用最多的一种下托辊。研究发现，将下托辊做成两辊式V形对防止输磅带下分支跑偏有一定效果，特别是V形前倾下托辊防跑偏交果更明显。所以，作为一种配套设施，许多只使用前倾槽型托辊不设置任何调心托辊的输送机在其下分支配设了V形或V形前倾下托辊。多数做法是每隔7组平行下托辊连续设三组V形或V形前倾下托辊。为更有效地防止输送带下分支跑偏，有的输送机还在其某些区段加设反V形下托辊。本系列在B800以上带宽托辊型谱中配置了几种V形托辊供设计者参考选用。

The standard pattern of this series of backhaul rollers is still a flat underroller, and it is also the most used underroller. It is found that the two roller V shape of the lower roller has a certain effect on preventing the running off of the lower branch of the weight belt, especially the V type front tilt down roller can avoid deviation and fruit. Therefore, as a supporting facility, many conveyors which only use forward tilt slot type rollers do not have any self-aligning rollers, and the V or V front down supporting rollers are equipped at the lower ones. Most of the practice is to set up three groups of V or V forward rollers in every 7 groups of parallel underpins. In order to more effectively prevent the transmission of the sub branch running deviation, some of the conveyor in some of its sections add the reverse V shaped undercarriage. In this series, several V shaped rollers are configured in the bandwidth profile of B800 for reference.

4.螺旋托辊

4. helix roller

螺旋托辊用于清扫输送带承载面上粘附的物料，其作用与清扫器相同，一般将距离输送机头部滚筒最近的那组下托辊设计为螺旋托辊。

The spiral supporting roller is used to clean the material adhered to the bearing surface of the conveyor belt. Its function is the same as that of the sweeper. Generally, the nearest group of lower supporting rollers of the head roller of the conveyor is designed as a spiral supporting roller.

5.调心托辊

5. aligning roller

调心托辊用来自动纠正输送带在运转中出现的过量跑偏，以保证输磅机正常工作。安装精度较高，特别是已设置了前倾托辊的输送机，可不设置调心托辊。需要设置调心托辊的输送机一般每10组托辊中设一组调心托辊。

The adjustment roller is used to automatically correct the excessive running deviation of the conveyor belt in operation so as to ensure the normal operation of the weighing machine. The installation precision is high, especially the conveyer that has set up the tilting roller, but the adjusting roller can not be set. It is necessary to set a group of center rollers in every 10 sets of rollers.

调心托辊的型式有很多，DTII(A)型带式输磅机配设了摩擦调心托辊和锥形调心托辊两种式样的调心托辊供选用，后者带可用于可逆式带式输送机。

There are many types of aligning idlers. The DTII (A) belt conveyor is equipped with two kinds of aligning idlers, which are friction aligning idler and conical aligning roller. The latter can be used for reversible belt conveyors.
